I'm playing my first incredible hard case which is a favour. And I have 3 evidence against a suspect without alibi. BUT the suspect had gone into hiding and I cannot accuse him. I learnt from other posts that there is a skill named underworld connection. Is this the skill I need for those curcumstances? Is it correct that I can get this skill from Eastern Triads only? If so, I suppose I can't get the skill as I'm not able to travel (unsubcribed) and I'm located in NY.

Or is there another way to get this person accused?

Sorry, a minute later I found the way by playing around and went back to townies. But now I got following answer:

"Yeah, I think I know where Narayan would run off to in a situation like this, but I don't think he is the murderer. I'll see if I can talk him into coming out of hiding."

So, suspect is back in NY. But does this meant that he is not guilty although I have 3 evidence against him? How many evidence are possible in a IH case?

You wanna run by me what you mean by "3 evidence against a suspect without alibi"... that's a bit confusing.

In the mean time "Yeah, I think I know where Narayan would run off to in a situation like this, but I don't think he is the murderer. I'll see if I can talk him into coming out of hiding."

is only a trigger to get your Suspect out of hiding, it neither denies or confirms guilt.

Thanks Secret Squirrel --> he confessed !

What I meant with "3 evidence without alibi" was: Narayan had no alibi and there were 2 WE and 1 PE related to him (hope I used now the proper terms :-))

Yes Narayan is guilty. To accuse you need either PE or WE + fake/no alibi or you need two WE. Seems like you have both :P

Note: PE+WE does not mean guilty. In that case you need either one more WE or a fake/no alibi.
