If for example a townie tells me that one of my suspects may know who the killer is and that suspect has no/fake alibi, is it safe to eliminate that person from the killers? Or could it just as easily be that person?

That person can be the killer.

Thanks a lot. Allmost made a fake acusation based on the fact that i removed that person from my suspects.

you shouldnt accusate anyone unless u have physical/witness evidence and fake/no aliby =P

Actually Meetoo the formula is:

PE + Liar/no alibi = guilty ( as you stated)
WE + Liar/no alii = guilty (as you stated)

But if you can not verify the alibi is real or not you can depend on

WE + WE = guilty

That will work every time.

You CAN NOT rely on WE + PE that DOES NOT equal guilty. Many a detective has paid Shady's price for that false logic.

actually it´s pretty logical but this game isn´t very realistic.
and that´s what I said, u just used that "formula" but I didn´t use the stupid codes

Meetoo, I believe that what Ran was pointing out there was that in addition to the two scenarios you mentioned, you can also safely accuse if you have two witnesses against a suspect, irrespective of the status of their alibi.
