yeah - the down payment on a warehouse like yours is $10000 though. You've been active since the 14th, with daily rent of $350, for another $2800 as of turnover for a grand total of $12 800. What makes you think someone will want to pay double value?
You've been recruiting so dilligently, what with all the frantic bumping and stuff -why leave it now?

I dont get why anyone would buy your agency when they can start their own for MUCH cheaper. I think youre barking up the wrong tree again Werber.
