Mister Arsenio Armas adjusts his coat hastily whipping off the water droplets that came from the outside rain. He adjusts his berret to the right angle, covers his Jade bracelet and conseals his defensive knife.

Mister Armas walks up to the stage just after the last person went down from it and takes a look at the people who are sitting in the theatre. Fright and terror shake Mister Armas who conceals it by adjusting his berret a little more and walks on the stage to the Sleuth Admin.

Arsenio takes off his berret as he shakes hands with the Sleuth Admin. Arsenio remembers a courteous nod of the head before heading down the stage and going to the back of the theatre to watch away from unweary eyes.

A lone figure sits in the back, that of a womans. she had not spoken or moved, but silently sat there. No one seemed to notice her.

Several minutes flew by when finally she stood and spoke.
"how do,I am Amie Jo." she said as she gave a slight bow as a man would give.
"I seek some fun and entertainment on this dreary eve, and i hope to be able to give some.."
a thud sounded through the room as she plopped a bundle of papers on the table.
She sat down and once again became silent, and forgotten once more.

Joseph Zoe took sip of whiskey and started to mingle with others in the room. He casually waved at Ben and bowed in his direction, thanking him.

He told others about his parallel life in both Noir and Shades, and the wonderful 'time period jumping'. Others were confused by his accounts, but Joseph and smiled and let it be.

"Oh my goodness! Looks at all these people!" I said to myself, "Seems to be more going on in the past than my usual present."

Just then, I spotted Joseph Zeo. I waved, happy to see a familiar face sharing in the time jump with me. He gave me a blank look.

'I changed my name! Forgot about that!' I thought.

So, I just went and started talking everyone's ears off, getting to know everyone.

Katerina curtsies to her fellow actors. Then she walks up to Sleuth Admin. She kisses him on both cheeks. She suddenly turns red in the face realising that she doesnt know weather or not they are a mobster or not. Katerina being the dauter of a crime family don, kissing folks on the cheek comes almost automatacly. She paciently waits for something to happen...

She grabs a bottle of liqour out of her purse, takes a sip,and sits in a chair opposite of the two best friends she has here in Noir (Also in shades ^^)

Charlie Cain comes in out of the cold fall evening. He looks around the room full of new faces and old friends. He tips his hat to Reese and nods over to JZ, Anais Nin, and Vulkie.

Charlie walks over to a empty table in the back corner and sits down. Facing all in attendance, hey no one wants a bullet in the back for some long forgotten slight. He lights up a cigarette and orders 3 fingers of 12 year old bourbon.

Charlie then removes his hat and trench coat, revealing his custom 38. special and his trademark dagger.

She buttoned her Black Trench Coat. Checking her Golden Turban to make sure it was tight enough on her head, she laced up her Black Lace Ups. As she looked out of the windowpane, kneeling because the window was placed at such a low height, she saw that it was raining.

Crystal-- no, in this story, we shall call her by her real name, Jonquil. Jonquil had a husband, Mnemosyne. Of course, he was not really the Greek god. He was just an ordinary man named Mnemosyne. He could create fire by whispering a word that no one but himself knew of.

Jonquil grabbed a grey umbrella, a briefcase, and went outside. She saw a stage, with many people on it. She preferred to remain private and not show her face in public, so she shielded it with the umbrella, and managed to look like a grey leaf.

Eventually, the stage got dull and boring, and it was time to leave. She did so, politely.

Detective Marc Lacrimosa sat at the farthest table in the in the left hand corner of the room, which sat in the shadows. On his table he had his own bottle of bourbon aged 40 years. He sat in the shadows taking shots every few minutes of his bourbon.

As he sat there, he eyed all the people that would walk in from the snow outside. He didn't give them an evil eye. No, he just looked at them as they came in. Then he would go back to drinking to get the memories of fighting in the First World War out of his head.

Well-Connected

The woman known only as Dellilah stepped hesitantly into the room, her wooden-heeled shoes making a loud clack-clack-clack at the floor. She found the place too crowded for her liking; but having heard somewhere that a gathering of important people was ongoing, she decided to stay and see it for herself.

Her observing glance jumped from one face to another. She knew no one here, and perhaps no one here had heard of her either, and that was excellent. From a comfortable corner, away from the sights of many, she saw jewelry and makeup, tall hairdos, metal-tipped canes and dark Hungarian moustaches.

Many of these people seemed smart and opulent, and deliciously attractive. Dellilah had considered wearing an uninteresting frock, but was thankful she had donned her best attire, an emerald green gown that she had custom made from Paris.

She helped herself to some champagne from one of the tables, not minding whose it really was. The owner may become angry at her, but that was perfectly fine. No better way to catch another person's attention than through his (or her) temper.

Casually, she sat herself at another table, and watched the people going about. For the first time in many months, she was stumped about where to start. So many beautiful people, so little time. Whose heart was she going to shatter first?
