All the pictures except the ones you can choose from the beginning are actual people who play the game and have summited their pictures to be used. If you subscribe you can get your picture as your avatar with the knowledge that those pictures will also be used as the suspect pictures.
What I find fun is arresting my friends.

I saw a pic of Jessica Love Hewitt and the father of a 48 year old victim who's pic was a big baby's forehead...How wierd!
