Well, I'm subscribed and I've managed to join a terrific agency. I'd like to know how to go about purusing (and ultimately capturing) an Arch Villain.

first thing you have to do is get to 100000 experience points

Once I have the 100,ooo experience points, will it automatically ask me if I want to go on an AV hunt, or do I have to do something else?

Shangri La and the Prince

* The Prince of Shangri La has offered a reward to anybody who can capture an Arch Villain.
* To begin a Villain Hunt, you must visit Shangri La.
* You need an official invitation from the Prince in order to travel to Shangri La... bit of a dilemma, no?

Once you reach the required experience level, keep your eye on the City News. It will provide a clue on how to obtain an invitation.

O.K., the news says the ambassador to the prince of Shangri-la is making the rounds of the cocktail parties in New York. What does that mean exactly?

O.k., last question. I am in the third city of my villain hunt, but I just keep getting the same three clues over and over. Is three the most amount of clues you can have, or will I finally get another clue if I just stick with it?

You can get enough clues to narrow it down. There are more clues possible, but it can take some time. So if you still have to guess DONT! Just hang on till you get enough clues.
