I had lost one forensic camera and now one Trained Bloodhound. It simply dissapear when I was switching my equiments. I was not so sure when I had lost the camera, but I am extreamly sure this time. The dog simply disappear before my eyes. I hope I can have it back. The dog is not cheap and I am having financial difficulty playing the villian hunt. Thanks.

This post is simply to voice out my "anger", I had lost a camera and dog for no reason. Being the only active player in my agency, it means I had to solve a lot of cases before I can afford to buy the dog or camera. I like to thank those gamers who had offer me help in term of money and equips. I really love this game because of all these helpful gamers. Ben, please work something aboutt for this bug. I am going bankrupt with this strange disappearing equips.

If you let the page fully load before changing into your next item, you will not have the "ghost" show up. I know it can take a while, which is why I hardly ever use smarts gear now, because the loading times are so slow.

This explains so much. I thought I was somehow misplacing equipment, I feel better now.

Um, sorry, but that's not always true. I just had Ben's locker ghost hit me in Omega, and I DID let the page load completely. Unfortunately, I got an error page instead of the usual loaded sleuth screen. When I reloaded, (POOF), the ghost had hit. Our team HAS informed Ben about this, both this time and in the past. We have yet to hear back from him....

Yeah, I'm really sorry that this long-standing bug hasn't been 100% fixed yet. It is a tricky one. It is high on my to-do list however.

The Knight for me yesterday and the Orbs last week. Items that are not cheap or easy to come by. I really hope there is a way that the Sleuth Admin can refund the agencys or individuals that lose items like this, as I wasn't the only one in the group who used these items.

i lost today my pair of black fishnet gloves..... :((((((((((((( it just disappear from the locker while i was swapping them... is there anything that can be done?

Usually the gremlen leaves something in return, but no always. You can write to Admin and they might help you. Really though, the most important thing is to know WHY this happened. You were swapping gear too fast, slooow down so the server can keep up.
