Beethoven. You can hear the passion in his music -- probably because he couldn't. Bach was like the Ramones. Fun, but fluffy.

Actually, I like both dogs and cats, but cats have better hygiene and are more independent. I also like a description I once read of cats: "Autocrats of naked self interest".
