Hi
I am brand new here, I have a case where I am stuck..... I have two suspects.. Hair doesn't belong to One of them.. not sure about the other suspect the barber isn't willing to talk more. I found a footprint but he won't say it it is either one. Now, One suspect pointed to an innocent person.. could that suspect be innocent or would that seal the guilt? It is an intermediate case I'm doing as a favor for the barber.
Thanks

no, if you know that the person's alibi is valid, then they could not have done the crime no matter what anybody says.

Witness evidence can be false, you should always try to get TWO people to finger someone before you believe it and it can be trusted.

ok, I guess I didn't explain too well..
Let me outline this a little better
Two suspects are left without allibi's Candy and Yolanda
Suspect Candy said T did it (she has an allibi though)
I have Hair and Footprint.. The Hair is not Yolandas and cant ask if either are Candy's..
No one is talking.
I was thinking if Candy LIED about T doing it, maybe that cast more guilt on Candy.
Another person who townsfolk said knew who did it said they had no info on Candy.
UGH.. maybe I need to quit this one.
Noone is talking anymore

i would say if you can't get it, to quit it. there's not much you can do if everyone has clammed up.
candy may not have lied, because if you read them closely, it says "I believe" or "I think" not "I know"

Well I went back and she had said
"Yes, I suspect Tomarra, because I saw her dispose of the weapon"

Another quick question...... I think I missed a couple bribes? If you leave instead of bribing can you come back and bribe later//? I didn't want to spend money if I could find the info other ways......Or should you use the bribe or forget it? Know what I mean?

If you can pay the bribe and get physical evidence confirmed against one of your suspects with fake evidence, that's a good move. You should be able to go back and pay the bribe.

I should have written "with fake alibis" instead of "fake evidence."
