I keep going to the detective shop and clikin on every thing but I Just kant find a way to get new skills *you can get new skills right?

yes you can get new skills but you get them through skill points. You get skill points based on your experience points and as you only have 30 exp points you won't have enough to get a new skill yet.

You get EQUIPMENT at the Detective Shop. You purchase SKILLS on your Detective's Bio page under 'Unspent Skill Points'. Hope this helps. ;-)
