I can confirm that, Chelsea Bando is proudly sitting 1004 cases quit.
That is in fact the record. The next highest number of quit cases is 940, and there are only 5 detectives with more than 500, so it's quite an accomplishment.

Sorry Chelsea, I definitely wasn't doubting your veracity. Having quit 250+ for less than 1mil XP I might even achieve such lofty heights myself, a lot sooner than I care to think about :s lol. Apol's again for the confusion :)
