I'm sorry about all the problems you guys are having with Ruby. However, she happens to be one of my closest friends. She became my contact when I was but a green wide-eyed and bushy-tailed gumshoe in NY.
I'll talk to her..maybe I can get her to loosen up some.

Oh, trust me, that broad's plenty loose already...
...don't tell her I said that. Ah, who'm I kiddin': half my agency has Ruby as a contact -- everything I say gets relayed back to her at some point anyways. As if that fire needs more fuel.

I remember when all of my suspects had clammed up on me and everyone in town knew nothing. I then visited the only contact that was still talking to me and he'd got killed off! I quit the case in the end! Aaaaaarrrrrgh!!

My quest is to get Ruby as my New York PE contact. So far I have not succeeded, but I shall keep trying!

Okay, I have this case with 3 threads (no other evidence). Two suspects are clammed up, another one refers to the tailor for alibi and the tailor himself clams up after the very first question. How am I supposed to solve this or are there cases that are supposed to be unsolvable?
