Won't it kill the excitement if you know beforehand? ;)
On the other hand knowing will mean you won't have to sit on edge worrying about getting a fine for unprofessional conduct at the end of the case like I did the first time I had one of those - *lol* - had that case sitting for days before daring to finish it :D - so in answer to your question: nothing :)

Laurenn, flirting is an automatic skill--it's not something you have to "do." It basically gives you a bonus of 20 (ie, a 20 higher chance) when questioning an opposite sex suspect or townie.
