I saw under the game info section of city hall something about ponies races and bets, so I was wondering what all that was about? Becuase I've never heard of it before.

Again I am adding another newbie question. When you subscribe for example 1 month, does it automatically get repaid each month or do you have to pay it again each month?

Ok I am really sorry but i have 1 more question. When i went to La Cosa Nostra (The faction I am at best with) and 1 part of it said consilerge (I have no idea what that is or how to spell it) and then it said some persons name. I don't know if thats the faction boss or what?

Yes, if you subscribe for one month you will /want/ and have to subscribe again when the month is over. I believe it is a slightly better rate if you subscribe for more than one month.
Head to the track in Shanghai to bet on the ponies, you could win big! (or lose...but think positive)

That person's name is the current detective who has the highest standing with that faction, commonly called the faction leader rather than by the individual names.
It goes to the person at change over (midnight sleuth time) that has the most points with that faction.
