*not sure if this would be considered a newbie question, please move if appropriate*
I was just curious if any information has been posted anywhere on the rate of "decay" for faction standings. I know that your scores with factions adjust toward neutral each new day, and I'm starting to notice that the further you are from 0, the more "decay" there is. Just wondering if there's a formula anywhere or something along those lines that explains it.
Thank you.

Well, since the subline for Sleuth Talk is "Anything remotely related to the game", I'll leave the moving to someone else ;)
As for your question, yes there is a formula - but someone might have to adjust the fineprint for me as it's been awhile :)
From 0 to +10 your standings do not drop
From +10 to +20 your standings drop by 1 point each new day
Now the testing of my poor memory starts
From +20 to +30 your standings drop by 2 points each new day - I think
From +30 to +40 your standings drop by 3 points each day - I think
From +40 (well, if I've ever been this high it was before the change was made) - not entirely sure if they drop by 4 points or if it's randomly generated
And from -10 (or possibly even minus as high as you can get) to -3 your standings "drop" by 1 point each day (taking you towards the -3) - can't remember if they drop by more than 1 if your over -10
:)

Oh, forgot to mention that between -3 and 0 your standings aren't affected either

Having had as high as 51 faction points I can say that I have lost as high as 7 points at turnover.
