I've got 19 points with the Order of Socrates and they still don't "know me well enough" to teach me their special skill. How high do I have to be and when does the standing change from good to great? At 20 points? At 30 points?

Also, how high do I have to get for their prices to go down on special items?

At +25 they will teach you their skill if you have enough skill points.

The rates drop in increments, but the best discount is at and above +30.
