Standing with Factions plummets

I haven't played for a month or so [mea cupla etc] and I notice that my standing with the faction I was concentrating on - E. Triads - has dropped down to 10 from say 35ish. Is this normal?

Yep. If you don't do a favor for a fraction for that day the standing drops.

It drops over night until it's at 10 anyhow, regardless if you do the favour or not.
