When is it worth it to go to Lucy's cabaret? If you buy equipment from her does it depreciate like it does when you buy it from the detective store? And what do you have to do to be able to talk to Lucy? And why would I want to talk to Lucy?

In treasure hunts - in NY you may get to do a favour for Lucy and then she'll talk :)
