I'm thinking about getting the Underworld Connections skill. Could anyone tell me what it does and how to use it!?
Thanks

greatone:
Underworld Connections is one of the faction skills. You can only learn it by having a +25 or higher standing with the Eastern Triads. Its not something you should worry about just yet. Its a good idea for new players to concentrate on learning the basic smart skills and either basic toughness or basic charm skills. This gives a good detective and helps to solve cases. The faction skills are better for more experienced players who generally play the harder cases. I wouldnt worry about it just yet.

At what level do suspects go into hiding?

I believe it starts at Incredibly Hard.

I think it is convenient, but would get most if not all other faction skills first.

I agree with jstkdn, as I have never had to quit a case due to a hiding suspect. (One of the townies has always given them up.)

it tells me I'd need to pay 15 skill points for it too - it seems very expensive :(
