Hello! I used to play Sleuth about 20 years ago (for probably less than a year), and I was shocked to see it's still around. I played solo back then, but I thought I'd see what it's like in an agency this time. I am subscribed, and I've read the pinned posts (amusingly, they were written about the time I was playing back then). I see the active player base isn't even close to what it used to be, but that won't deter me.
To give you an idea of my play style, I'm always trying to optimize my play... particularly as my detective gains more skills. As you can see, I'm still very early on this time around (I'm really just getting into the Hard cases). But I'm tenacious, and I'll be a team player. If there are any Agency needs unfulfilled (say, you *really* need a specific physical-evidence contact, such as the Banker), then let me know. As for a non-PE contact, I was able to snag New York's Fortune Teller in my last favor case.
I'm sleuthing in New York at the moment...building cash for both equipment and travel. I plan on building standing with The Order of Socrates, The Green Hand, The Circle of Light, and The Eastern Triads (in that order), primarily for their skills. That means I'll likely go to Delhi next (so I can gain with The Green Hand without lowering standing in my other desirable factions), and then head to Shanghai or London. Eventually, I will aim for an apartment in a city outside the Agency HQ.
