I have 2 questions actually:
1) If a suspect does not qualify for any PE, does that automatically exclude them as a suspect? I fellow agent told me, if there isn't any PE then the suspect cannot be guilty. I question that advice because I have had a suspect be guilty without PE when I was working the very easy, starter cases and I have had a guilty suspect with WE, false alibi and motive. Could someone please clarify?
2) Is it possible for a suspect to have 2 PE, especially an "Unknown" alibi? Sometimes, when the PE belongs to a suspect, it puts a line through all other PE possibilities for that suspect, sometimes it does not.
I hope this makes sense!!

In a more simplified example:
There are 3 rules in this game. As soon as you have one of these you can accuse:
PE + false/stated no alibi = GUILTY!
WE + false/stated no alibi = GUILTY!
2 WE = GUILTY!
A clam is NOT the same as a no!
If you CANNOT get a alibi out of anyone, and you have done research, QUIT the case. It is better to quit than take a guess and get an FA!
