Me? I'm just happy that after two days' worth of 'south of the race track' I've finally got out of Shanghai :)

Hmmm ... I needed a favor for the FT in NYC and got one and solved the case. But for some reason the game acts like I didn't make progress in the hunt.

Larry The Toe that slimy swindler remains elusive. That in combination with the ignored solved favor case makes this a so so day at Sleuth.

I got swindled also. I was doing a little job and the second question was in which country most of Iain Pears novels take place. I clicked the right country (which I can't mention because of the deadly sin of spoiler). Then to my surprise I got that the right answer should have been Rose.

Rose is not a country as far as I can tell. So I only got one question right and the Triads didn't trust me.

Is someone laughing hard right now?

Just had 4 suspects in a row clam up on the FIRST question and I failed to interrogate all 4 of them with the Intermediate Interrogation skill.

Safe to say I immediately quit the case. The sleuth gods are not on my side today.

Lurchin' urchin came by today. The case had 3 footprints and two suspects said they were with the Podiatrist. I could only narrow it down to 4 suspects. But eventually the sneaky culprit got caught.

Doing his time in jail now.
