Since spying will be involved it would make sense to have a spy kit. Binoculars, a recording device and perhaps a small firearm.

I don't think a suitcase with smart gear would make things too easy. Look at Fatima's case. Even in my hometown where I can change gear in my agency locker I have lots of cases lately that I can't solve without the help of my agency partners. I had to store 8/12 cases yesterday for assistance. Granted, not every day is like that, but I'm just sayin' - a suitcase ain't gonna make things too easy, just less aggravating.
