What happens when your detective, the sole director of an agency, is retired due to stupidity and a few false accusations? What happens to that agency and the poor souls left in it at agent level only. Yup ... it's just happened to me. Regards, Blaise, f.k.a. Saxon!

from dictionary.com
Dismember
v 1: separate the limbs from the body; "the tiger dismembered the tourist" 2: divide into pieces; "our department was dismembered when our funding dried up"; "The Empire was discerped after the war"
I admit it sounded funny/gruesome to me, too, but looks like Jojo was officially correct in his usage.

Not in my Dictonairy so may just be American English rather than Queens English! Lol. Keep finding lots of funny differences from playing this game and it's wide ranging community. Official apology to Jojo for questioning it.

Chambers 20th C. Dictionary defines the verb as: to divide member from member; to seperate a limb from; to disjoint; to tear to pieces.
While I think JoJo's use is technically correct, the word itself still carries a very strong, bloody and violent connotation, which is kind of cool and funny at the same time : o )

Yes, it appears that Jojo used the correct terminology - but even though I know what is meant, I still hope the agency members themselves don't get dissolved (for some reason I'm picturing the witch melting at the end of "The Wizard of Oz" now). :)
