When you have a contact and you don't like them...is there any way of deleting them from your list?

Does it always work that you get one useful for evidence one and one "do you know anything about this case" one? Or could you get two evidence ones?

One evidence contact only! Too bad, but it would be awfully unfair if some people had two and some didn't. I hear back in the WAY old days, it was possible to get two evidence contacts. But that, alas, is now history.
