hmmm, any techie types out there can answer this?
I have a feeling that something is not adjusted right on my browser.

Well the way that mod avatars work is that it's a sepia gif overlayed on top of the individual's avatar.

Your browser may not be able to view images on top of each other. My only suggestions would be to upgrade your browser to its latest release, clear out your history and cookies, and try viewing again.

It's usually because the cache is full.
Tools>Options>Advanced>Network
Hope that helps.

I think it's sepia. Not exactly brown. Brown is blech. ;-) I was wondering why my color was different.

...so nice of you to notice!
There has been some mention that it's difficult to tell who is a mod, editor, admin etc. So, all such worthies have been blessed with a nice sepia tint in the boards and the Current Logins screens.
So Nicnic is right. It is sepia ^=^ *waves at Nicnic*. Way 2 go!
