I just wanted to ask, how come I paid Larry $500 to give me the location of the Cabaret but it sitll did not appear on the map?

No, you do not have to be subscribed to locate Lucy's Cabaret.

Is finding Lucy's cabaret only good for people doing treasure hunts? I am not in an agency, so I haven't been doing treasure hunts.

If you have a LOT of money - you can also buy some things that you can't get in the Detective shop.

when u pay larry he gives u a location
dont ignore it cause youll need to go to that general location to get to Lucy's
