Alright, well I just ended with writing a mystery and tried to play it. When I pressed the Clients name, the questions that I'm supposed to ask did not appear. I believe it's because of the cause and effects. When I set an effect to a question and then save it, it just disappears when I go back to the question. Can someone help or give a tip?

The Client is auto revealed. So in your case, you probably just need to set the Client's questions to be revealed when you either read the intro or visit the crime scene.
