I earned my first contact at about 5,000 - 7,000 points. I now have 86,220 points and still have 1 contact. Everyone in my agency got their 2nd contact at around 20,00 points and I was curious as to why it's takeing so long for me to get mine.

Just reading thru the message boards, and saw this - wow, I must be very lucky, I just got my second contact with 4,910 XP. (Don't shoot me!)
