I have advanced Thread & Hair analysis, but 2 cases so far are not using the advanced level. Ex: PE is thread, not thread from male clothing.
Should I report this as a bug or does this just happen occasionally?

R Anstett, I'm not sure that each point is worth 1% as with the charm tough interview skills it is possible to achieve scores of 140-150. (Values seen using the Judge of Character skill.)

V Buster, I thought that too a while ago; check it out:

Even though numbers can exceed 100, they can still be considered percentages. A test score of 100 is the only sure guarantee that a suspect will answer you (many of us have had people clam at 99). Numbers higher than 100 relate to the chance that a suspect will answer additional questions after the first one asked. I'm too lazy to paste in the whole deal, but scroll down a bit and read from the book of Ben.

However from a purely mathematical point of view there is no such thing as a percentage over 100. Anyway the comments from Ben in that thread are helpfull.

Does experience, in and of itself, actually help in cases. Sometimes I think it does and then I think maybe I'm just better at solving the cases. (And I don't mean in the sense of getting more skill points.)
(And this is splitting hairs but I think from a mathematical perspective there is such a thing as percentages greater than 100% since percents are merely a way of representing ratios/fractions using 100 as the denominator.)

I meant the first sentence above as a question.

Hey Honey -- nope, experience is just a measure of how much you have played. Apart from helping you to get new skills it doesn't help. So check you out, you're getting better!
