Detective Biography
Catherine Elizabeth Parker, was born on 11 October 1904 on the Upper East Side, New York.
Being the only child of a well-to-do family, Catherine Parker was taught at home by a governess and tutors, and as a child Catherine never attended school.
Catherine Parker's parents believed strongly in the importance of education and therefore Catherine was held to high standards by her parents. However, with the natural charm Catherine possessed, it was nearly impossible for them to refuse her anything, and because of it she grew up to become quite spoiled.
At the young age of 18 she went to college to study law, influenced by her father, a well known lawyer. But not long afterwards discovered the pleasure of college life, ending up leaving college, without graduating. Two years afterwards she was invited by a friend of hers to solve a mystery, a task she completed effortlessly and which decided her into trying her luck as a detective.
