Is this normal on a hunt?

If this should be in the newbie section, I apologize, but in the hunt we are in, the shoe maker was the first clue. I got the shoe maker and finished the favor. I have since had the shoe maker for the next three favors. Is this a normal occourance? I know the favors are random, and that you won't get the same townie for more than one clue, but the shoe maker four times in a row??

Just bad luck. i usually never get the favor we need for a hunt and if I get it its always too late. Someone else has done it before me. You cant do anything about it.

I had the misfortune of getting the tea merchant 4 times in a row.lol I don't mind getting the same favor 2 times in a row but 4 had to be a record for me or anyone in my agency.

Our agency had four music teachers and two priests once. One agent solved the musicteacher's favor and got another music teacher. another solved a music teacher favor and got a priest.

And I remember once waiting for over a week before anybody got the shoemaker (with 3 hunts needing the shoemaker, of course). Yes, its not all that uncommon to get a string of favors for the same townie.

Just wait until you are doing 3 or 4 treasure hunts and they will ALL want the shoemaker in New York. They are never there when you need them. :)
