When a suspect or townsperson clams up - does that mean their information is more relevant? Eg if I'm quizing a suspect about other suspects and the one he/she clams up on is one I suspect anyway - does this mean something or is it just random?

No, when someone clams isn't relevent to anything but the case level since if it weren't random the judge of character skill wouldn't work since it tells when someone is about to clam without knowing what the next question will be. :)

To Nancy- No it doesnt mean anything.
To Andy- judge of charcter wont tell you when someone will clam. It will only tell you if that person will react better to tough or charm. The skill for knowing how many questions you can still ask is different. I forgot the name but its something with stress.
