This is a thread about music. All kinds of music: classical, jazz, blues, rock, folk, film music... any kind you can think of. The questions can be about anything related to music: about composers, musicians (performers), styles/periods, musical forms, musical instruments, or about particular pieces or songs.
I'll start with a person.

This time we're looking for a specific work (piece?) of music, not a genre.

Okay, is it a classical piece, or rock? Pop? Jazz? Is it purely instrumental, or is there singing too? From your piece/work clue, I think it's instrumental though...or you'd call it a song. More specifically, I would call it a song :D
It is real, right?? :)

It's classical, and it's both vocal and instrumental.

Composed by a single person? Oh, and were the instruments part of an orchestra, or...?

Heehee, I'd meant that maybe, it could be a band :)
It's vocal too...
Okay, I'll let the pros take it from here, before you all find out just how bad I am at this stuff :) It couldn't be by Mozart, or Beethoven, or Liszt, or Chopin, could it? Yeah, I'm just pulling out random names off the top of my head :)

It could, but it isn't :D. Don't give up so easily, Bela, we've just started.
