I am thinking about creating a shameless copy of Serges' great game, I will be posting this on SoM and Noir but I'm not exactly 100% sure which one to do all the voting etc on. Now what I really want to know is if there is interest for this game and if so is there a sleuth or two that can help me out with setting up a league table, counting votes, or something of the like.

Well deserved break yoyo. No more wombat beatings, it's supposed to get hard now, but then again, look who is the beater in the instance, my very own co-director lil, who has taken to dirty politics and ran a smear campaign against me with all this sweet junk! Good luck to all contestants in this final 8.
I don not have access to update the brackets right now so I will do them later tonight when I get home from work.
Happy Sleuthing

Alright...I'll put up the 30 cents Secret Squirrel wants for PM'g me - but then my vote has to count and I vote for DDog!!! He's the reason I'm still sleuthing and c'mon...the man has tons of other talents too. He can play several instuments at once (which ones shall remain nameless), drive a beat up old van and keep the general chaos in his agency at a minimum. Oh and if you'd ever heard him sing.........angels fall from the heavens!
DDog, DDog, Ddog, Ddog!!!!!

Thank you, thank you. THANK YOU! For keeping me out of the talent round!
I didn't sleep all night worrying about singing in front of everyone.. with a cold..
Aaaah - time to relax.
Good luck to all who remain. I'm particularly looking forward to Breitkat's tap dancing routine...

ROFL. That's a good one, Ddog. Perhaps I'll have the cat get up and shuffle out a number or two...;-)

Since how my campaign is unappreciated by my co-director, I'll stop now.
*walks off sulking* muttering, "Of all the things I do, all unappreciated."

Ok lil, I know what this is all about, you want to continue the wombat beatings, has nothing to do with feeling underappreciated.
*hand lil back her wombat*
Happy now? No don't go getting any ideas about what kind of person this makes me! ;-)
Now if you'll all excuse me I must go decide what to do for the talent contest, maybe the famous milkcan escape trick, any volunteers to lock me up inside the milkcan?
BTW
Brackets are updated:

Isn't he such a gooey little sweetie pie? Congratulations on making it to the next round.

Is there any voting going on today?
Even with the brackets page, I'm having a dickens of a time figuring out who is up what day, so I'd be really grateful if some nice person would be willing to post that information for me. I'll even do my best puppy dog impression if that'll be of any use :)

2. Nobody knew if it was true except one person, and she wasn’t talking.
Dang, if it 'were' true, where did Hezekiah, Granpappy's flea-bitten ‘coon hound, get himself a pair of them big ol' dentures.
Little Lerlene, she smiled a secret smile, as wide as the ‘sippi. Dawgs needed teeth for bitin’ and a huntin’, and her Uncle Billy-Bob… well, he weren’t no dawg.
