Important question!?

I was trying to solve a case, and I had collected all the evidence, interviewed what I was sure was everyone in the case. Except one guy was still "clammed up". I dont have the skills to intimidate and other things that will make them talk. How can I get help from a more skilled player in the agency? I heard it's possible but I just dont know how to do it.
Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Not at all a dumb question :)

Sometimes when you file a case, your agency mates will find upon re-opening it that magically one or two of the suspects might talk more, to them. Also, a less experienced det. might not have the Surveillance skill, which can sometimes unlock 2 new questions from someone too. So a more experienced person can help you that way too.

When you say you don't have the skills to intimidate, it makes me think that as a tough character, you should probably get 'em.

Go to your Agency HQ and click on case files. You will see a box where you can write in what you need and then click on save file. Then your agency members can open up your case when they get time. When they have finished you scroll down to see where your case is and re-open it to finish it.

Like Samantha said, at the top of your screen is a tab that says, "Agency HQ." Click that. You're now in your Agency area. About a third of the way down, there will be a button that says, "Case Files." Click that. You will then see a screen that should list a whole slew of cases that your fellow teammates have stored in their files. Each Agency has a different maximum capacity in their files, depending on the type and size of the Agency. There will be a big rectangle at the top of the screen where you can make notes about the case YOU are currently working on. About the only thing you need to put there is something to the effect of, "HHHEEELLLPPP!!!!", and then hit the 'Save' button. The system will store your case, and you will then see your case come up with your nifty S.O.S. note on it for your teammates to notice. Hopefully, they'll see it, grab the file, work on it, and return it to you with successful results! ;-)

That's basically how the Case File system works. Hope that helps! ;-)
