Hey there Lessie,
I actually haven't done the Unread Will, so I can't help you with the specifics of that one - maybe someone else can. But I took a look at your profile, and since you've been around here for a little better than a week without solving any other cases, I'd suggest that you forget about that one for now (I know, I know, it's hard to turn your back), and play regular cases for a bit. Start with beginner, and easy levels ~ as you do, you will get a feel for the game and collect skill points that you can use to buy skills that will make solving the unread will much, much easier. It's a featured mystery, and as such is a bit more complex than the regular cases.
If you haven't tried the tutorial yet, you could do that too.
Have fun and happy sleuthing!

remember, it doesn't go on your record if you falsely accuse in the unread will. so you needn't worry about that.
took me two times to solve it. you might wish to wait till you have more skills, espicially sweet talking or interragation. I found them useful while doing the unread will.
luck.
