Sophie, here in the UK we nearly all drive stick, so it's definitely standard here! Perhaps they got that bit from us?
Ham and Cheese is yummy! I've never really got PB&J myself - I love peanut butter, but not with jelly :)

Country living! I'm a very quiet girl, and don't think I can put up with traffic 24/7.

Dark chocolate makes life bearable. And it's good for you, too!
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

I'll go with Swiss Chalet, because there's just something reassuring in a baby cereal kinda way about eating a chicken breast whose bones are mushier than its meat. Plus I'm my daddy's son so paying an extra $2 for breasts over thighs is pretty much hereditary.
I need to say that this response does NOT apply for Quebec, where the equivalent chicken joint to Swiss Chalet is a place called St-Hubert. When we were living there, my wife found a feather in her delivery order, and I'm pretty sure it was from a pigeon.
