LOSS OF INTEREST!

During the last month I have the impression that the game is becoming very boring (beyond a point) as there is actually nothing interesting I could do in it. I try to find a target …something to hold my interest and I find it more and more difficult. It is relatively easy to accomplish all interesting goals in the game and beyond that point …there is nothing!
I am five and a half months in the game and I have them all. I know all the secrets of the game and all the tricks except secret#1 (which is still only a background). I have all VH equipment and shoes that I need (even more than I need) and plenty of skill points (for nothing) and millions of sleuth$ (again for nothing!). It is so easy to be a millionaire in the game but still there are no things available to buy with your millions!!!Only exception is a 4 room apartment with all goods in that is normally very easy to buy at your 4 million xp points and then the chaos.
I have to admit that I am wondering what is left to hold my interest? Is it to be a 20 milion club member? Well probably not !... because for that all that is needed is to do only mechanically the same things spending (rather killing) time for nothing actually! Is it to be a top V Hunter?... again probably not for the same reasons… as once you are aware of the way things are done all are too simple!
Only hope left is the introduction of the Sleuthetania. I can only hope that it will be a bit more difficult (and thus interesting)than VHs etc. I can only hope that the cases in the new addition will be a bit more difficult than the usual cases that require only mechanical actions without the involvement of any brain activity

If need be VS you can just have someone send you a screenshot of the mission section that Jas refers to here. Good list though, will take some innovatin for someone to complete it

VS - I read my posts back today, and I don't know what possessed me to be so ardent. I must have been in mid-life crisis mode! At least my overbearingness didn't kill the thread...I should really leave the killing for the expert :)
By all means, I will accept your kind reward for my rather feeble attempt; it will pay for the agency food bill! A very challenging list by all accounts. Hope it stirs some interest.
Happy Sleuthing!

G'day.
If y'all are going to do this as a competition of sorts? then maybe you would be better starting a new thread as a running competition of sorts, rather than unintentionally hide it at the bottom of this thread, that some people who don't like to read negatively entitled threads can find and see that it's actually somethgn quite positive. Just a suggestion.
Squirrel out.

Well, one thing that everyone needs to remember is that Sleuth was created by and is maintained basically by one person (two people, when Sunny has time in her also-busy life). This is Ben's game and he made it what he wanted it to be. Maybe he will use people's ideas (Sleuthetania), and maybe he won't (ponies... *snerk*).
This game is SLEUTH, not CRIMINAL, hence the fact that everyone is a detective, not a criminal. The cases are basically logic puzzles. Allowing an arch-criminal from randomly making you lose a case goes against the grain of logic puzzles.
If you are unhappy with the way the game is, why not go create a game of your own? That way, you could have all the things you want in it. This is not a sarcastic suggestion, by the way - it's a very genuine one. You could set it in whatever time period you want to, and have whatever types of events and ideas and puzzles and such that you want.
Perhaps the reason that the majority of other players (at least that post on the boards) do not seem to care for all your ideas is that many of them would cause Sleuth Noir to no longer be Sleuth Noir. If you were to create a new game, not only would you have the satisfaction of seeing your ideas in use, but the people who want to see those ideas in action would have a chance to do so.
Seriously, if you are bored, or if you don't like the game, then figure out what would make you not bored or what you do like and go create it!

Dear Anikka a very good attack in a polite way to unsubscibed players indeed!
Seems you also have your V side and that is excellent. Express it openly and for sure you will feel better (that is a promise!)
For those interested in Sleuth World awards and Sleuth $ to contest is open ...
750000 sleuth $ for the player with the following equipment
Shoes...Black military shoes
Coat...Black Trench Coat
Hat... Dracula mask
Accessories...Crystal Pendant
Prince door key in a players portrait screenshot!

On the contrary, VS, it was not an attack at all, nor was it meant as one. And I'm not really sure how it targeted unsubbed players in your eyes. Be that as it may, I can see that a perfectly honest suggestion has no merit in your eyes. That is too bad, since I'd be interested to see what kind of game you would create and what mechanics would be a part of it.

I'm with Anikka. Your ideas are great but would in fact, change Sleuth to the point where it's not Sleuth anymore. Also, no one's attacking anyone and yes, I read the entire thread. This is a place to share suggestions and ideas, no?
