Out of my last 10 favors I'd say I've falsely accused on five, maybe even more. I never had this problem before. In fact, the incredibly hard favors were easy compared to the stupendously hard cases I was solving. However, all of a sudden I can't seem to accuse correctly. I don't even want to think about how much money I've given Shady recently to keep my record clear. It almost makes me not want to play favors. I think I have th right person; I've checked evidence, used research and then then, "No, the real murderer was so-and-so..." It makes me not want to play favors. Anyone else ever had this happen?

I have to quit favors from time to time, which really hurts my ego! I hate giving in! But if I don't have one of the golden rules in my hand, I won't accuse. It's too expensive!

I have created some really good spreadsheets to keep track of all the details on both Random and Featured cases. I am going to put them on a website for general download. I think you will find them to be very useful...

I also agree with cfm...I'd rather take 20 quits than take a severe risk on 1 false accusation.

That used to be my favorite one. Now, I am more of a hard-boiled detective. I don't care why they are innocent; I just look for the name and move on.

This sleuth world is filled with all sorts of darkness...
