Just wanted to know when this backlog for Featured Mysteries will end. I'm writing something for London, but I can't submit anything until this backlog ends. When will Ben re-open the submission process?

My FM is named "Impression of Death," and I'll give everyone a little taste of my rough draft I'm currently on...

"Joseph Pilaggio was a well-known artist of works such as "Evening with Lily," "Under the Raining Bridge," and "Palette of Vibrance." His masterpieces flowed with passion, and each stroke of his paintbrush brought vividness and intellectualism from his own mind and soul. Most of his works hung in the British Museum, proudly framed and labelled by the esteemed Curator, Harry Kumar. Each were fresh and preserved with care. They were priceless realms into imagination."

Hee hee. Will my excerpt be convincing enough for this backlog to end? I hope so... ;)

London has only two -- talk about neglection here!

"Red Queen" by John Hale.
"Staged Murder" by jojo227.

Both are Intermediate level mysteries.

I think we need some more for the citizens.

Yes, I'm sorry there has been a lull in Featured Mystery activity lately.

I do have three more featured mysteries that were written by Michael Bagen (John Hale) that I am in the process of coding. This is a trilogy that further delves into the intricacies of the political faction who shape the world of Sleuth. I'm hoping to have all three up sometime in January.

After that, I may start accepting new featured mystery submissions, or automate the process to some extent.

Sorry about the wait. I enjoy the featured mysteries as much as you all do.

I'm moving this to Sleuth talk, since its much broader interest than Newbies... AND I'm looking forward to the new featured mysteries. Thanks Ben

Oh, don't pout, Nikkie. I've been busy getting my Bachelor's. But that's finally done. That, my latest projects, and trying to market my existing book have been keeping me exceptionally busy. But it's done now, and I'm back.
