I'm sure this topic has been brought up before, but do you know anyone who actually throws "Sleuth parties" or Sleuth events (or events for mystery enthusiasts) where Sleuth players actually meet and mingle? I'm in the Dallas area and I actually would love to get involved in something like that. Perhaps even murder mystery dinners and anything of that ilk.

By the way, Happy Holidays everyone! Detective Earnest Ty is wearing his Santa cap (nice and amusing addition to Sleuth equipment)... hehe

By the way, I thought it would be REALLY funny if people showed up to a Sleuth party dressed up the same way as their detective. I've seen some pretty wild combos out there...not to mention some detectives end up in drag. heh

Oh God. I'll be arrested if the police catch me with my beautiful Pearl-Handled Dirk...

Let's see... I'm going to wear a Marwadi Pagdi, I'm bringing my Batik Parasol and Pearl-Handled Dirk, I'm wearing my Double-Breasted Coat, and I'm going to wear the finest High Class Two Tones.

All set. So, where's the party?

hehe Yeah, we would probably have to bring some less-attention catching plastic versions of the "weapons." ;) I would look rather "sparkly" in the Sparkly Vest, Sparkly Bowtie...with a little added Holiday spirit with the Plush Santa Hat! Now...I may have to find replacements for these Red Mary Jane Shoes... *snicker*

Earnest, I actually know someone who found a pendant that looks almost exactly like the Dragon Pendant.

*thinks fondly of her missing Sleuth friend*

AZN Cinderella: I'm sure you could find a relatively cheap crystal pendant out there (check a certain auction site...hehe). I've lived in both the South and Midwest, though I was born in Texas and have lived here longer than anywhere else. I was in the military for 6 years, too, so I've moved around. Guess it's kept me open-minded! :)

cfm: That's great! Maybe I should check a certain auction site, too. ;)
