I finished a case and was offered to pay $500 and I would be told where it was, well I did pay the money and I couldn't find it. Why would this happen?

When you are being told where Lucy's is, pay attention to what he is saying. It will say its near ,lets say,for example,the Butcher. Go to the Butcher, and take your mouse and just start searching in the area around the Butcher. (or wherever he is telling you its near), and when you find Lucy's, your cursor (arrow) will turn into a hand. Click there and there will be Lucy's :) Hope this helped!
