I'm fairly new, 4 days old I think, and wondered when purchasing skills; do you need to first purchase a basic skill, e.g. hair analysis, before you can purchase an advanced level of it; i.e. intermediate or advanced hair analysis? Just wondering as if can directly purchase an advanced skill, providing have enough points to do so, then it makes more sense to me to save up and do that (and stick to Easy cases in the meantime) rather than spend points on a lesser level which I would soon be advancing anyway; there usually isn't a great many points between the levels. Thanks for any help you can provide.

As i know, you cannot get more advance skill if you don't have the basic one...

Cheers Porno!
By the way; your name came up as Father Inquisitor I think it was, on one of the cases I worked, when visiting the Brotherhood (again, think it was the brotherhood, not quite got to grips with it all yet). I could click on to your name and get your history. How come and does that mean or do anything? Thanks!

Thanks Makensie! I'll aspire to become No1 then, though bear with me, it may take some time.

Makensie said: "When a person becomes #1 with the DAB,they become the MOther or Father Inquisitor. Being #1 with a faction definitely is worth it - as it has its perks :)" - but what the perk is, has always been a well-guarded secret ;)

Shamed and humiliated? You mean erasing the post and leaving a message that will forever leave people who read this thread wondering what awful crime against humanity happened?
