Wouldn't it be great if, in the agency member list, you would be able to see who is on- and offline? It would save a lot of clicking to find out which of your collegues is online.
Also agency strategy would be greatly facilitated, as you would know if your PM's would arrive immediately or next day.

Wonderful, splendid, thanks.

i have another suggestion. Could you have a game counter that counts down the number of games left? I ask that cause there are times when we are playing and we leave and we dont know or remember how many games are left it think that it should show us that (example: 5 games left) that way we would know. Did i explain it clear enough? (thinking to self i think so)...:)

Here is what I do.I bought a note book,& each case I open I write down: 1) Title of Case, such as The inexplicable Hunt for the Indian Moor", 2) Victim's Name, 3)Amount of reward $1000?? then since we have eight cases daily; in the upper left hand corner I began with my count-down 1/8, then 2/8 on the next case, 3/8 on my third case, until I've reach 8/8, which shows I've reached my limit. When I get a favor after my third case, I just write in bold letter FAVOR & TITLE OF CASE, PLUS who the favor is for. Even on the favors I write out each suspects name, one through eleven,or depending on what level you're playing...then

I go back and talk to all towns-people and ask about the abli's, and as I do, I either put an X through their alibi for fake, or a check mark over their alibi, meaning it's real or good. However, I write in short-cuts, a type of shorthand if you will, for example here is the way my case looks on paper, as follows, to-wit:

1/8 "The Inexplicable Hunt for the Unknown Sin"
$1000
CS:Thread/Note/BFP
CH LH M

OK..That is what I was wanting to see, if the layout was like it is on my sheet of paper, and when I clicked reply, it isn't the way I have it at all. On the left side is the first case 1/8 meaning the first of eight....then in the middle is the title of my case...then to the far right is the amount of the reward. I skip down a to the right under the reward amount, I write the Crime S. out, Cloth-W/BFP-M/Note-W, here's what it all stands for: Cloth/Thread, M is for MAN; BFP-W,is bloody footprint & W-Women; Note & M is for MAN.

After I write out the crime scene, as brief as I can, I skip a couple of spaces and start with my first Client numbered 1) Robina (Wf)Sz In.HW/C/L,
then I put where they were for an alibi MT or SM..
Here is what the above stands for Wf-wife, Sz In-Sizeable Inheritance, then HW.means heavy women, and since I've established if it's a man or women, as far as the hair, and left or right hand goes, I just write C for curly hair, or you can put CH, and L for left hand, or you can put LH.. which makes things go really fast. Then after I've listed all eleven people, and went through all alibis with the towns people, I either put an
a X, through the MT or Music Teacher, stating it's fake, or a check mark it's real. Here is how I list all buisness people the short way...

Bar Tender/.BT/Barber-BB/Waiter-WT/Priest-PT/Fortune Teller-FT/Tailor-TL/Banker-BK/Butcher-BH/, or whatever works best for you of course..you could put BRB for barber, and BNK for banker and for tailor Tail.for a shorter way...
Fortune Teller/FT.......con't

then when I solve a case, I circle the guilty person's name, and write killer, then mark done finished or solved across the top. To keep track of my buy skills, cash amount, experience points, I keep a running total from case to case that's solved. When adding your totals on the last case solved, as you go. When I post cases on the boards for others to check the hairs, notes, and so on, I also, put the date 07-30-04, plus the time I posted it, on my sheet, or file on that particular case. Then when I log out, I also include the time I logged out for the day on the last case done. This gives me detailed knowledge about my cases. If there's only the barber needed when I request help, that will be reflected on my case sheet...barber needed only. Anyway, it may be a little more work, but it helps me know and learn a lot about cases. I hope this makes sense. I realize most people don't need to do this, but it really doesn't take that long, then if you ever run into a problem on a case, or something happens to one, at least you have all the details to give to Ben, just in case. Happy Sleuthing.

Correction: On a favor, there's only eight suspects. Next, I want to clarify the first paragraph above, what they symbols means:

Ursula(Cuz)Sz-In/HW-C-L(MT)X (here is what I meant)
Ursulea(Cousin)Sizeable Inheritance/Heavy Women/Curly Hair/Left-Handed(Music Teacher)and the X is for fake.

Of course each suspect varies, for instance here are a few I use for short-cuts:

LFS=Long forgotten slight/Hate/Insane/G.F=Gift forgotten/Hate/BD=Birthdays forgotten/$=buisness deal botched & money lost/ DV=Divorce/ROB/Steal family heirloom/ and whatever else I may have overlooked. Like I said, this is not necessary for most people, but it sure has come in handy when I a case is lost, or I find a slight mistake in the case. Sorry I took so long in typing this all out. Take care everyone.
