i read that there are 4 cities. howcan i visit another city? i don't see any links.

If you are subbed then you can go to the train station or the docks and take the train/boat to another city.
This costs money and turns (mysteries).
The train station/docks are on the map. Which one you use depends on where you are right now. I think NY has docks. If I remember right its on the left side of the map.
