Does one ever STOP earning skill points? Like, say a detective had 400,000 experience points, would they still earn skill points for completing the hardest cases? Thanks
you still earn points, it's just that the points may not be WHOLE points. you'll get a fraction of a point and then you'll see the point when you solve a certain number of cases.
