Just wondering about the politics/factions. I have a fair standing with La Cosa Nostra. Where do i go to find them?

And where are the rest located at?

Another thing, that is not discussed in Delvin's site, is how do i improve standings with other factions? I got a head-start in Cosa Nostra beacuse of the victims being members of it (or ex). Is that the only way to get in with the other factions, throught the victims?

Yes! Once in a while you will get a case that gives you points with one faction and hurts your standing with another. After you got "in" go visit them and they will give you little jobs. If you do that your stading with them goes up.
Its very hard to be good with more than one faction. So choose the one that fits your character most.
If you are in agency, you can also ask your team mates to give you faction cases.

In choosing a faction, it is helpful either to consider the gear they sell, which will get cheaper as you get more points with them, or the skills they teach. "The experts" (that would be all the older players who tend to post here) all seem to agree that faction skills are not especially useful to new agents -- and I include myself in that group. With a new character I would ignore faction impacts until I wanted one of their skills or their gear. If you subscribe and join an agency, there may be other reasons to pay attention to the factions, but for now there's not much reason.
