can you draw any conclusions from the state of the murder scene as to which motives/relationships to prioritise when attempting to find witness evidence. IE, the lover is more likely than the 14th cousin to have messed up the murder scene in a crime of passion. Equally that someone is more likely to cause havoc if they were 'insane' than if they 'owed them some money'
