k my first case. a few questions. if someones alibi is "real" does that guarantee theyre not the killer? do you NEED physical evidence to accuse? cuz all i have is handwriting and the banker is already clamming up... also if the physical evidence (such as handwriting) does NOT match someone, is that a guarantee they are not the killer?? thanks so much

Hmm. I've never experienced the first example you give, mave, but you could be right.
On the second example, though, Y only /thinks/ they know who the killer is. That doesn't mean they are right! That's why you need WE PLUS a fake alibi or 2 WE to accuse. So I wouldn't say the second instance is a flaw, just a game feature to be reckoned with.
